buyers, who are at least 62 years of age to pay only 35% to 40% down and
have no principle and interest payments for the rest of the last living
spouses life.
The down payment difference is determined by the
age of the youngest spouse. For example: if a couple's youngest
spouse's age is 62 years old and they wanted to purchase the most
expensive and luxurious Penthouse in Millcreek Terrace, their payment
would only be 40% of the $500,000 purchase price. Therefore the down
payment would be $200,000. The only fees that they would owe is the HOA
fee of $234 per month, which includes TV, internet, water and all other
maintenance fees, except property taxes and utility bills.
