Millcreek Terrace Condominiums has recently offered a few of it's luxurious penthouse condos as executive or corporate/ vacation rentals.  Jay Rice, owner and managing partner of Millcreek Terrace says, "there is a growing need, especially along Salt Lake's east side, for corporate/vacation properties that are fully furnished for those individuals that are looking for short term - one week to 30 day type rentals.  These are usually corporate executives or vacation travelers that have discriminating tastes and would like a more premium place to call home when they are traveling to Salt Lake on business or on vacation".

Rent a Penthouse Condo in Millcreek Terrace

Millcreek Terrace Condos recently has rented out a few of there penthouse condos for a one year lease.  This is in a addition to Millcreek's "Lease/Purchase" program that was started over one year ago. 
 Millcreek has three different penthouse floor plans that are included in this lease program.  The first unit is a Double Master floor plan that offers two master suites, divided with a "great room".  This unit is approximately 1140 sq. ft. and currently rents for $1390 per month.  The second penthouse model is a 1650 sq. ft. unit, it consists of two master bedrooms, a den and 2 and half baths.  This unit starts at $1690 per month. 
 The largest penthouse for lease is 2,100 sq. ft. and consist of a very large master bedroom, a second guest bedroom and 3rd smaller bedroom that works well as a study, baby room or hide-a-way "Murphy" bedroom. This largest penthouse has 270 degrees views of the Salt Lake Valley, Wasatch mountains and the beautiful sunsets.  This unit rents for $2390 per month.

All of these units are currently leased and reservations are now being taken.
Millcreek Terrace is a five story building, with parking on the main floor and the residential condos on the four floors above.  Jay Rice, owner and developer said, "with the housing recession still in full swing we feel fortunate to have only two units left on the 2nd and 3rd floors that are available for sale and only 1/2 of our penthouses remain unsold, which are located on the fourth and fifth floors.
